Shipping.
Packages are dispatched within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via registered international courier with tracking.
We send every package by registered courier, you will receive email updates with tracking number once shipped, you can then track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, delivery fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment.
Art crate shipping is available on higher value items, please contact us for details.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
SHIPPING COSTS : Shipping costs are added when you add an item to your shopping cart, simply select UK/ Europe or Worldwide depending on your location.
SHIPPINGS TIMES : Within France, parcels have a 3-7 day delivery time.
For UK the estimated ETA is 3-8 days, please note : There may be extra charges to the UK due to Brexit. Any import duty and taxes to the UK are paid by the customer.
For Worldwide Home delivery against signature on average 5 to 10 days any import duty and taxes are paid by the customer.
At the time of purchase:
You will receive an invoice with your purchase which shows the description of the object and includes the important points (ie. Date made if known and general condition…)
Right of withdrawal:
From the receipt of the goods, as a customer, you have a legal period of fourteen days to return your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
For breakages or damaged goods, you must contact us within 24 hours of accepted delivery. On occasions you may be requested photographs of the item.
Return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed.All return shipments must have proper insurance coverage, all return shipments and any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded. There is no returns of customised items. Return shipping costs are not subsidised and may be higher than the original shipping cost. Please only use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
